I just got the first two flatbreads out of the oven I doubled the recipe as an appetizer for my birthday party, together with your caponata, Im not sure if this combination will last 2 days in my flat. These look great. This is fantastic! ive made this twice now, and both times i forgot i was supposed to knead it, but i sort of massaged it in the bowl with a spatula until all the flour was incorporated. Delighted!
